I have decided to join Omandala Retreat for 7 days program. I know that I would need to relax mostly but there were more than I expect from Quynh. She know how to guide me and others in the process to understand ourselves, to have space for ourselves to look inward. I recently joined a 5 day retreat in Da Lat - Vietnam, organised by Omandala. I would highly recommend it for anyone needing to re charge, relax and re focus, especially at the moment. Quynh and Anna were fantastic hosts - welcoming, friendly and professional. They encouraged me to be open and honest about the reasons I was there, and provided brilliant techniques and advice on how to deal with issues in life. We had daily yoga, meditation, sound bowl healing, healthy food, trips around Dalat, hiking and great conversation. The course is great value for money - accommodation, food, activities and transport around Dalat are all included, as well as Quynh and Anna's undivided attention. A life changing week, would highly recommend.
